May 2022 City Street Cleanup – NE Corner of Price and University

Join us on Sunday, May 15th for our May 2022 Tempe City Street cleanup at the NE Corner of Price and University and the surrounding area!
We will be meeting at the Parking Lot on the NE Corner of Price and University and then walking over to clean the areas on the East side of Price Road Between 5th and University.
We will be picking up litter and removing mesquite trees. All tools for tree removal will be provided.
NOTE: Since we’re dealing with Native Mesquite trees, we will be requiring no open toe shoes, no shorts, and highly suggest long sleeves. See photo below for Mesquite tree thorns:
Bring water, sunscreen, hat, and gloves. Your time slot will start and end on time; we won’t ask you to stay longer.
There is no minimum age to participate in this event and we will have staff on-site to sign any documents for community service requirements.
1 Hour Shifts – 2 Shifts in Total: 8am-9am, 9am-10am.
